One of the nicest things about Dr. Herman is that he talks with you and lets you know what he is doing or going to do and then does it. There's nothing worse than waiting in chair with your mouth propped open and not knowing what's next. I've had a crown, cavities filled, my teeth cleaned and they were all successful

Dental Hygentist/cleaning was great, but I will have a hard time going back because they push unnecessary, costly procedures on their patients. A year ago I went for a check-up and was recommended to have two fillings replaced with inlays that cost $500 a piece (50% covered by insurance). I had a friend who is a dentist tell me it was unnecessary. I canceled the follow-up. Dr. Herman sent me to a specialist to get a root canal when I did not need one. I have TMJ, and he should have been able to diagnose my jaw pain correctly being that my x-rays of my teeth were fine. I spent money going to see a specialist AND money on antibiotics for a tooth abcess that I never had!
