I had an appt with Dr. Focazio, office staff was unfriendly. When it was time to see the doctor, which I specified when appt was made, they said I was going to see physician asst., I said I made appt with dr. they said he had an emergency which was strange because I could swear I saw him there. I left because I feel when you make appt with dr you should see dr! They tried to set up new appt why do I have to waste my time when I made appt. w/dr. very disappointed. This is very unprofessional!!!

I'm a 90-year-old male. After a visit to Dr. Focazio this week (my primary care physician), I'm finding a new doctor. I went for a follow up for pneumonia. I was 1 of 3 in the waiting room, after 40 min a nurse took my vitals, and I was asked to wait. After 1 1/2 hours, I was tired, hungry, and told them I was leaving. I never saw the doctor. This isn't the first time I've had to wait for over 1 hr, but it wasn't dozens of patients waiting, it was 2. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!

I would not recommend dr Focazio to anyone who does not want to sit in a room for over 1 hour and never get to see the doctor because he is in a meeting with family members. This shows that he has no respect for his patients. My time is just as important as he thinks his is. It cost me for 2 hours of babysitting $ 30.00. And I never saw the doctor. I guess he is not going to reimburse my $30.00. But I can guarantee if I did not show up for my appointment I would still be charged.
