Dr. Focazio saved my life and is helping me heal from the biggest health crisis I’ve ever experienced, while other doctors and hospitals have failed. Staff is friendly and personable. They answer my calls and get back to me in a realistic time frame involving regular concerns and are extremely quick and efficient if the situation has been dire or emergent. The dr was personable . He listened to my problems. He was very knowledgeable about my condition.
Be prepared to wait 2 hrs past your appointment time just to receive mediocre treatment. The dr & his staff don’t manage time well and don’t really care.
Had an appointment with Doctor. After waiting 1+ hours, I was taken in only for doctor to see me for 10 minutes, despite me being a new patient. I was interrupted twice by his phone and he had to step out. I'm paying for his time to be seen, I'm not paying just to see him answer his calls. If you're serious about. your GI health, dont come here.

Personalized greeting at desk. Reasonably short wait. Doctor provided thorough assessment of symptoms and compassionate, high quality approach to treatment and follow up care. Repeated instructions to assure understanding. Thank you.
On one of my visits I waited 2 hours, and the next visit I waited 1 hour. Only for the doctor to hurry through our appointment. I didn't feel like he listened to my concerns, or cared about how I was feeling. He didn't recommend me anything more than OTC meds for a problem I was having for months.
I had very bad experience here. I felt staff was bit rude. Doctor seemed to have no concern on my condition .I was told initially that I was pregnant that is what is causing all the gastro symptoms! later only blood test revealed I wasn't. I felt worse every time. Doctor had no time! and I really had to wait long for my test results.. and beware.. if you need to get your medical reports, you really have to pay a dollar per sheet that too after waiting for 2 long weeks and follow ups!
This is NOT a trustworthy clinic. Be wise and spend some time to research on a couple of doctors before you decide on one. Not all doctors are equal. Some have more ethics than others.
