Every time I come the niceness starts from front desk all the way to the back with the doctors. Dr. Cole's requirement for his employee's is to be kind to patients..
i have seen Dr Cole for 16 years for my osteoarthritis. He keeps me on my feet and I continue to work as a nurse. I have referred several families members too.
i have only been a patient of Dr Cole's for a short time,however i have been a longtime chronic pain patient.For many years i have wanted a pain doctor like Dr. Cole. The competence and quickness of all of the staff is remarkable. Everyone is so pleasant and wanting to help. very knowledgeable but takes far too long to see his patients. He also has a tendency to act like a high-pressure salesman; Very knowledgeable.
As usual very through, made us feel like we were the only patient being taken care of.
Dr Cole is so knowledgeable and makes sure I have a full understanding of my procedures.
I was in pain when I came in for my treatment, I know I will feel better when I leave. Thank all of you.
This office staff is by far the best you have assembled. Thanks and only a few comfortable chairs to go. Great job.
