After a year of going to Dr. Rickenmann, we’ve decided to find a new pediatrician. We never felt listened to, always felt rushed, and at our last appointment, she joked (?) that our baby was “fake” crying. This was a major red flag, and we are heeding it.

Dr. Rickenmann kept telling me my child had daycare crud. I went multiple times over a week because I was very concerned by extremely high fever, cough, etc. I finally saw a different doctor who immediately test for flu and RSV. My 5 month old was positive for both. She does not listen. My child was dangerously ill. Do not go to this pediatrician.

My newborn had been spitting up formula really bad, He would drink his bottle even burped well then he would spit up ! Sometimes even 3 times. I questioned her about this multiple times and she kept telling me it was normal. I had to change doctors for the well being of my child ! She is very sweet but i would not recommend for newborns she may be better with older children.

Excellent. He is trustworthy, explains things clearly to both kids and parents, and always takes the wisest path to treating illnesses, accidents, etc. with the least detrimental impact on the patient. I trust his judgment 100% as well as his ‘bedside manner’.

Dr Willard is wonderful. He goes the extra mile for his patients and more than once has called to check on our kids at home. We love him! Same day sick visits are easy to schedule.

Does not listen to her patients. Is not thorough and misses things that other doctors catch.

Dr. Rickenmann is very nice but she is not thorough enough and overlooks things too quickly. I kept telling her my baby was spitting up a lot and seemed in pain. I saw a different doctor one day and they said she had reflux. The medication fixed the problems. Then, when my daughter was five months old, I had to take her in three different times for the same problem. I finally saw a different doctor who said she had the flu and a respiratory infection. Dr. R just kept telling me it was daycare
