The visit was consistent with the experiences I’ve had in the past year or so. Communication is poor, resulting in disappointment & frustration. Office services are nearly all delivered by allied health staff. My most recent visit consisted of eye exam by such an allied staffer, with a “rush in - rush out” period of ~ 2 minutes with a doctor.
