Extremely arrogant. He is not up to date about eye cancer, even though that was supposed to be his expertise. He enucliated my eye, alto that might not have been necessary. Metastasis is high with Ocular melanoma and he never told me that nor did he offer to scan periodically. When I asked..after I did metastasized, he was extremely arrogant and rude. This is the "go-to" doctor is you have a serious issue with a retina. He clearly diagnosed my problem, gave a clear explanation, and provided appropriate treatment. I have seen a few other retinologists, but none are better than Dr. Deegan.
Dr. Deegan saved my sight 20 years ago after I had a retinal detachment. His follow up has been excellent.
