Everyone is always friendly and professional and the wait time is not excessive.
This was my first time, the service was very personable. I was a bit turned around and one of the staff stayed on the phone with me to direct me to the office. once there, everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist and Dr. Peterson were very pleasant and took time to answer my questions. Overall it was a very nice experience.

New patient & required upper & lower molds for implants. I noticed as dental tech was charting she did not chart 2 of my crowns. When I told her she left them out she said those are not crowns & I said yes they are. The upper mold had set & she used fingers at gum line to pry off teeth, & removed. Then she put more blue substance in it & re installed in upper plate but did not line up with groves & pressed so hard I was in massive pain.
