Very happy with the care I always received at Mesa West Medical. Very good that Dr Gilli has privaleges at dignity health so his office can view my visits from ER or admissions. I recommend his office. I see his PA Tracy Simonsen.
This place is a joke. They do not know service. They don’t return calls as they say they would. They refuse care if you haven’t attended in a while, even with proper insurance.
Everyone I spoke with in the office was extremely helpful and kind.
This office does not care for you. I've called several times about a prescription I need requiring. Prior Authorization to be done according to my insurance and they will the front desk lady just won't help me. She's genuinely the worst part of this whole office.
