My Pulmonologist, Dr. William Chang is an excellent doctor. He's generous with his time and very caring doctor ~ who makes his patients feel well cared for. He takes his time to review my test results and was very informative. Great experience. Very thorough. Awesome doctor and staff who were polite and attentive. Highly recommend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your effort in carrying out my pulmonary needs. We need more doctors like him!
I've had a appointment to see Dr. Chang for 7 MONTHS !! His office re-scheduled me 2x and they did not give me a reminder phone call like other medical groups to confirm the appointment. So, I missed it and they mailed me Invoice for $50.00 "missed appointment" I'm so disappointed with this office. It would have been nice to see him when I was sick back in December, here we are in AUGUST. Now I'm out $50.00! :(
