With Dr. Choe one can expect to be treated with the distain so richly deserved by anyone that dares question him. A real timesaver, he keeps things moving by dismissing patients inputs faster than they can be proffered. I suspect he would really love his job, if not for all the needy patients. “How to Win Friends and Influence People” is clearly not welcomed in his literary catalogue.
