After calls from numbers marked as "spam", my wife and I went to the appointment. To my surprise, the front desk assumed that our language was Spanish, which unfortunately it is not, and forced us to wear a mask even after the federal judge banned the use. After a few minutes of filling in the forms, an employee said that only my wife would come in with him for the appointment and asked me to wait outside the office. Beware of this company, bad experience, and bad service.
Had epi lasik surgery for highly nearsighted correction (7 plus correction) several years ago and surgery went well. I did feel that the initial consultation was deceptive regarding recovery time and the staff member (salesperson) vastly understated the recovery time when I asked about how long it would take to return to work in an office environment and computer use. . Doctor Ellis and his staff were wonderful. I got all the information I needed and had my surgery done. It was a very good choice.
No more glasses! No more contacts for this girl! I was nervous at first, but everyone was so nice and attentive. Best choice I’ve made!
