Waiting times are absolutely unreasonable. Sometimes in excess of 2 hours. Staff does not notify you in advance of long waits. Dr. Is ok but not worth the wait. You'll be better of with someone else.
Dr Ashcraft is a horrible doctor. My grandfather is in the hospital today because he went to this quack and he did NOTHING to help him. My grandfather is in his 80's and a smoker. He went because he was very short of breath. Dr Ashcraft just gave him some inhalers and sent him on his way. No chest x-ray or anything! Now, a month later, he is in ICU because he has pneumonia, COPD, kidney problems and issues with his heart. This quack should've done blood work and an X-ray. Worst doctor EVER!
This dr needs to resign. He should not be practicing medicine. He doesn't know what he is doing. 2 of my family members go to him and both have almost died due to his stupidity. Stay far away from this dr.
This is the WORST doctor ever! Do not go to him! I had a simple case that could have easily been discussed over the phone and he wouldn't even come to the phone. He told the clerk that he was busy. I had a friend working in the office and told me he was just sitting at his desk not doing anything but texting on his phone!!! He is a liar and despicable person! He also has had MANY complaints about his personality and diagnosis! STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Dr Ashcraft was professional and answered all my questions. He did not seem rushed and made me feel comfortable with the process. That is saying a lot as I am not big on going to the doctor. Only went to see a doctor 3 times in 45 years.
