I have been a patient of Dr. Ashcraft for 30+ years, that should tell you a lot. He has always been compassionate and understanding. Medically speaking he is very informed and up to date. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and I can tell you it was extremely hard in many ways. Dr. Ashcraft saw me through it and I feel a great sense of gratitude toward this man. I have been a patient of Dr. Ashcraft for many many many years. I have also worked in the hospital community and have known him on a professional level. He's a very kind and gentle person as well as being a very good physician. He has seen me through some very serious illnesses with family members and he takes care of my medical needs. Been a patient of Dr. Ashcraft's for 3 years. He seems knowledgeable and takes the time to listen, but he's always running late. Haven't had a bad experience medically, but haven't had a serious condition that needed attention. The problem is the wait time - it's sometimes over an hour before even getting into the exam room. If I don't have to see the doc, I ask for his PA, Bobbi, when I schedule an appt. She's great.
