Extremely poor bedside manner treated parents of the patient with disrespect and disparagingly about the surgeon who performed the surgery who's the chief of neurosurgery. He didn't take our concerns seriously and didn't explain himself. He was very arrogant.

The surgery went well but every appointment before it he was late and always needed some other test before we could schedule for a brain tumor. Now every follow up appointment he’s at least 2 hours late to. Today’s appointment was at 11 they just now took my dad back at 12:30 so we still won’t see him for another 30 minutes at the minimum. Not great for my dad to be sitting here without eating I guess we’ll have to pack snacks in the future for his blood sugar
