I have been a patient of Dr. Kuo for six or seven years. I have chronic diseases that can be discouraging to handle. Dr. Kuo is an excellent physician who cares for his patients. I mean he actually cares! He listens, takes notes, and remembers details like no other physician I have ever seen.
