He is very kind and professional
Due to a multi system autoimmune disease I see many Drs. on a regular basis and have for years. He is a role model for what a Dr. should be. Professional, kind, experienced and intelligent. Highly recommend.
Dr. Knapple spent a good amount of time asking me questions regarding my symptoms at my initial visit. He looked at me, not at his paperwork. He has ordered two tests. The EGD didn’t take long and was exactly what he had described, and found only one small problem that does seem to explain the GERD. The upper GI is next month because I don’t have time to go right now.
I have never encountered a doctor that worked harder to help me than Dr Knapple. When his own efforts to help were unsuccessful, he found someone who could.. He was caring and would not stop until I was more healthy than I had been in decades. Thank you, Dr. Knapple!
Words just can't describe the appreciation that my family has for dr knapple and his staff, especially Stephanie. They have gone well above expectations to provide excellent care for my dad. Most importantly, my dad is comfortable with him and trusts him. I work in healthcare and I know many excellent physicians, but Dr Knapple has a special quality that is hard to find now days. His compassion is second to none.
Greatest Hep C Dr. that I know, They got my Harvoni within two days, what a miracle that this Dr did for me. I have NO SIDE EFFECTS from the Harvoni and I feel great, a little tired but great Thanks Dr. Knapple
His nurse cost him a patient. Also if he doesn't find anything with an upper or lower GI track he gives up.
