I'm only giving two stars because they "tried" until you could tell they didn't know what to do to continue to assess my situation so they stopped communicating. Lack of communication - I had to get my labs interpreted by Urgent Care rather than the Gastro office, because they just went radio silent. I had pictures of my symptoms and told them what it was accompanied by. I contacted the clinic of Dr. Whitfield and asked if I was able to establish care due to the facility being closer, and more convenient for me to travel. I have a disability which causes challenges that has made it more difficult to travel to the LR area to see my current GI doctor. Upon my initial call to the clinic, I asked if I could establish care. I was told to contact my Doctors office and have them send over a referral. I have tried for days to contact them , calling 6-7 times a day and the phone is always busy. Ridiculous.
