Dont know Dr. Maples. He apparently billed for our sons surgery and never sent us a bill or called us to tell us we owed them any money. I never had an appointment with him, didnt know he was part of the surgery, and the only way i find out is a collections company calls us 18 months later to tell us we havent paid. Amazing how the 1st time a collections company calls we answer. They had our info and never used it to get paid... Pretty annoying to have something on our credit from a Dr we never met.
