I am just reading these reviews and had an appointment with Wendy 15 minutes ago. I guess I won't wait any longer looks like it's happened more than once. Disappointing as moved my schedule around for this. I booked through my insurance website.

I've made an appointment almost 2 weeks ago and was really excited to speak with Dr. Wendy O'Connor, however, there was also no form of communication at all. I booked my appointment directly through my insurance provider (United healthcare). I have not received a single text, email or call from her and I am now sitting here waiting for over 35 minutes to speak with her. Since she only offers talk time during the week, I scheduled my call during my lunch.This is very disappointing to be honest!

Unfortunate to say, I had an absolutely HORRENDOUS experience with Wendy O'Connor. I booked a virtual appointment for therapy with her online. Come the day of the appointment, I still never received any sort of email, phone call, or text message about my appointment or how we were going to meet. I called her office multiple times, and I also reached out to Alma which is the website I used to book the appointment.
