Dr. Jativa has been my dentist for a few years since her predecessor, Dr. Rizzo, retired from practice. I was very happy with Dr. Rizzo and a bit nervous with a new dentist, but Dr. Jativa has allayed any of those concerns with outstanding care regardless of whether I’m visiting for a routine checkup, crown replacement, or dental repair. With Dr. Jativa I get the sense that she really cares about her patients, and that’s priceless. Her staff is also excellent from the front desk to the hygienists. Not very happy with this place. I first went in due to geographical convenience. I was/am having some TMJ problems. They waited till my appointment to tell me that there’s basically nothing they can do but call specialists at UofM on my behalf. I had a cleaning there which was ok, but they didn’t offer any toothbrush, floss, or toothpaste as every other dentist I’ve ever been to does at the end. They told me I should come back for some work cause I had a “loose” filling? Nothing felt loose to me but what do I know. I went ba... read more
