The front desk receptionist is terrible! When i called the first time, i was told that the government no longer covered the annual checkup for patients uder 65 years old with glaucoma, unless the glaucoma condition was "unstable". I asked who determined the glaucoma's condition was unstable. She replied, "the optometrist ". In other words, i wouldn't know if my check up would be covered by OHIP ahead of time. Dr. Wendy Chiu is the best optometrist in Toronto. She is friendly in consultation and has excellent eye examination skills. She is a doctor with good medical ethics. I give Dr. Chiu 100 thumbs up.

Dr. Chui has been our family optometrist for over 10 years. She's a knowledgeable and a skilful doctor who gives priority to patient care. She diagnosed and treated my son's Lazy Eye before we realized the problem and detected my rare fungal eye infection. She is always patient when answering our eye related questions and makes us feel like she cares about our eye health.
