My appointment time is ALWAYS on time and without waiting. I never have to wait. I'm 94, and this doctor is very patient and informative with all healthcare needs and medications. One year ago I was in the hospital for a week and he even came to visit me in the hospital to check on my well being. That is impressive and rare in this day and age.
Waiting to pay by phone is terrible, using low cost computer answering system for just a high cost program is a shame.
Great doctor who listers and willing to adapt to different circumstances. No office wait time and spends the necessary time for handling your problems. Been our doctor for over 20 years. One of the best we ever had.
