THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DRS OFFICE. I COULD NOT SWITCH SOONER. DR TUCKER AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF ARE UNWELCOMING AND UNSYMPATHETIC. THEY HAVE THE LONGEST WAIT TIMES EVER, JUST FOR HIM TO SPEND 3 MINS W/ YOU. HE IS IN & OUT, AND IS DEF ALL ABT THE $$$$.. EVERYONE I KNOW WHO GOES HERE HATES IT. JUST EASIER SAID THAN DONE WHEN YOU WANNA SWITCH. THE STAFF ARE RUDE, THERE ARE ONLY LIKE 3 STAFF OUT OF ALL THAT ACTUALLY CARE AND ARE HEPFUL. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes
There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
