Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long
