I am surprise this doctor is able to practice medicine. This was the worst experience of my life, wait time alone was 1 hour and 45 minutes, that was from the front lobby to sitting in the back in a freezing room. Then he tries to zip in and rush back out oh no way jose, your gonna do your job buddy. Then i was scheduled for blood work and urine, oh my god, that was the worst experience of my life. I can not explain to you how awful of an experience I had at this office. More so with the staff than the Dr himself. Their billing department was clueless. I'm still being billed $5 four years later for something that my insurance company says falls under their "contract pricing" with the Dr. and they should not be billing me for it. Yet every month for 4 years the bill arrives. IBC staff spoke with them and nothing was resolved. They were paid in full by Independence Blue Cross per their contract.
