As a current patient, retired healthcare, I could not ask for more availability, and caring intervention medically.
Dr Austin is personal and patient centric. He is available when you need him. His calm demeanor and “We got this”:attitude is most reassuring “
Dr. Austin does not do anything as a concierge doctor other than take your money and placate the patient. He does not read reports prior to visits to be knowledgeable and helpful to his patient nor does he have the best interest of the health of his patient at his forefront. He has been very disappointing as a physician and would not suggest.
