Very kind and caring Doctor, he shows so much empathy towards his patients.
Best doctor ever, far too good for the crapshow that is Bayview. Wish we could find him. He was caring for my wife's terminal illness and now we are just lost in limbo. If anyone knows how to find him, please comment.
Dr Austin has been the best physician we've ever had. He took time to listen to us and if there were other "aches and pains" mentioned he always offered to "lets take a look". We felt like he really cared for how my wife was doing. On the other hand, the front office staff have consistently been the worst we've ever dealt with. With Dr Austin leaving the practice they did nothing to help continue my wifes coverage and didn't offer to transfer medical records.
