Dr Spinner is an outstanding neurologist. He is not only knowledgable and thorough but he is also caring and attentive. He takes time to listen to my concerns and always answers my questions with patience and clarity. His bedside manner is excellent and exactly what you hope for in a doctor The office staff are also friendly and helpful. While the wait can sometimes be a bit long, in my opinion he is absolutely worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr Spinner

Every so often I go on to look at Dr Spinner reviews because I’m in a patient Of his for many years for both pain management and my disability. I agree with all the comments on the staff not always getting back to you in a timely fashion, but that’s why you have to call early and not later in the day. Also, if you did not know. I waited well over two hours at an appointment. When I told them that I had to leave, they said that it would only be another 10 minutes. Then they brought me to a room. I waited another 40 minutes and they told me they had never promised it would be another 10 minutes. When they said that it would be another 20 minutes, I left. That would have been an additional hour AFTER I already waited for over two hours. The office of Dr Spinner is run very poorly. I made 4 appointments over a few months period, with Dr Spinner. Each of those 4 appointments another nurse or dr was there instead of dr Spinner. The 5th appointment I finally met Dr Spinner. I waited 2 hours to see him. My next appointment I waited 1 1/2 hours to see him. My 3rd appointment was a scheduled telephone call. The call was 1 hour late, with the nurse saying we will call you back. They never did and Dr Spinner never apologized to me.
