I waited several weeks for an appointment. I need surgery and need help so I can proceed. I verified the appointment and was told 3pm. We arrived at 2:30pm and the nurse refused to let me see the physician. We drove 75 miles round trip and I told her it was extremely urgent and I was treated rudely by the receptionist and not even allowed to speak to the nurse or the doctor. Now it will be another 2 months before there are any open appointments. I will find a different physician
