I wish I would have read the reviews before going to Dr. Wanda Davidson. The office has taken my money and pretty much ignored/refused to give me a refund. I have not received the services for which I paid for. Multiple cancelled appointments. Non responsive office staff. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I have requested on many occasions that Dr. Davidson call me. She has not as of today. They have billed my insurance for service not received. Dr. Davidson doesn’t seem to CARE at all. Dr. Davidson’s bedside manner is superb! Her whole office is so accommodating to my sporadic needs, and every visit feels easy and comfortable. I’m super happy I found my dentist! Highly recommend!
Great experience and knowledgeable staff!!!! Was looking for a new dentist and found one. The staff was friendly and Dr. Wanda Davidson & Dr. Shelly KNOW their craft. Cleaned and I mean cleaned my teeth as well as removed and replaced a chip tooth I had that was discolored and have me looking great with my PEARLY WHITES! You Won't Be Disappointed! DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is extremely unprofessional, they kept cancelling my appointment, miscommunication seems to be a common way of thinking when speaking to the staff; a sign of poor leadership and practice management. I honestly had an expectation to be seen by a well-trained Black Dentist, what I got was a lack of care dentistry who only seemed to be interested in in-network clients, which is common if they state they were trained at Howard.
