DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is extremely unprofessional, they kept cancelling my appointment, miscommunication seems to be a common way of thinking when speaking to the staff; a sign of poor leadership and practice management. I honestly had an expectation to be seen by a well-trained Black Dentist, what I got was a lack of care dentistry who only seemed to be interested in in-network clients, which is common if they state they were trained at Howard. Dr. Wanda Davidson has been my dentist for the last twenty years. She is a superb dentist and a wonderful person with great personality. Her staff is always very pleasant and supportive.

Don't use this dental office, their billing is horrible, over charge!! Even you transfer X-ray, they charge $25 fee.

I had oral surgery in February, 2020. Davidson Dental told me that my insurance wouldn’t pay for the procedure, so I paid out of pocket. They then charged my insurance company for surgery on both sides of my mouth, even though I only had surgery on the left side. I alerted my insurance company, and they clawed back the extra charge. It took almost a full year to get my refund for out pocket expenses, with numerous inquiries through my insurance company.
