On August 19, 2018, my husband had a Stroke. We met the Dr. kimono in the hospital right after that he came down with pneumonia and landed in the hospital again this time in Bethesda West. I wish all doctors were as caring, knowledgable, supportive, etc as Dr. Mkono. She is world class and can teach how to listen to not only her patients but their families as well. Dr. Mkono even answered the phone while out of the country on vacation for a call from my Dad’s internist. This even made him step up his care ever since.
Dr Mkomo is the best doctor very thorough and caring and took care of all my needs
Dr Mkono is kind, direct and compassionate to her patients. She runs her office remotely The staff that answers her calls are very good and thorough When helping with Insurance and appointments and scheduling testing.
I first started seeing Dr during Covid. I am very pleased with Dr.Mkono and staff services. My asthma had been out of control for years under the care of another Dr. I actually had given up on Florida doctors ( when it came to my asthma) My primary Dr recommended Mkono and I am so much better. Mkono is as accurate as them come. She takes the time to make sure that you are using your inhalers and nebulizer (love it) I have never met a doctor that has gone above and beyond as she.
