You CAN NOT call the office without being put on hold, and 15 or 20 minutes would not be uncommon. There havebeen times when I was not able to hold, and asked if they could just return my call, and never rec'd a call back. Office staff has very little compassion when you're calling with health issues, or if you need refills on scripts. Currently you can not get a refill on a script if you havn't been seen within 6 months. I have been on the same meds for ten years, and still had to be seen.
