I just recently became a patient of Dr. Rathcamp and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with not only him but also his staff. He listens, is compassionate, and gets things done. I have never been to a doctors office where I have not had to wait to be seen with a long wait time in waiting room. Longest wait time with Dr. Rathcamp has been 5 minutes. Whenever I have called the office the staff is friendly and efficient as well. I cannot say enough good things about this practice!
I have been a patient of Dr. Rathkamp since 2009. The medical care I have received has been excellent. Dr. Rathkamp is very caring and attentive.
Run while you can
Dr Rathkamp was referred to us by a family friend. My husband had high bp and it seem with the dr he had been seeing for years, there were no improvements. Within weeks he had ran all sorts of tests and had his bp under control. He has GREAT bed side manner. I have never thought him to be too busy or not though. A great dr is hard to find. We have moved from the area 8 years ago but he is still our primary physician.
He is down to earth and and only treats what you need with the least amount of issues. Very professional and very honest and very smart.
Dr Rathkamp has been my physician for over 17 years. He’s always compassionate, listens and takes his time with you. He has great bedside manner and is very relaxed. I never feel rushed. He is great at referring if need be and is prompt about getting you results quickly. Our family has enjoyed him and trusts his care, even my teenagers think he’s a really cool guy and don’t mind seeing him.
I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. He has figured out things that no one else had the answer to. He is an awesome doctor and is very thorough. I don't understand where all the negativity comes from as I've never had an issue with his staff....always helpful and have never been rude. As far as his bedside manner, he is down to earth and casual. I've been to other doctors who are short with me, rude and don't answer all my questions. Sorry but I disagree with the negative reviews on here..........
Office staff is rude. Appointments are rescheduled all the time. Dr is unprofessional. Dr does not have a good bed side manner.
I have been a patient for 25 years now I just recentl???? am experiencing a billing problem. I have never had an issue before now the issue is in the process of being reviewed and hopefully rebilled correctly, procedure I have never had to pay out of pocket. Keeping my fingers crossed
