Dr Palmer is an excellent dentist and has an excellent staff. He has been our family dentist since he opened the practice many years ago.
Disgusting and dirty
Terrible experience.
Unprofessional and uncaring are the words that best describe my experience. I would think any professional would be more attentive and aware of their patients. I am still in pain. I would not recommend to anyone.
I did not feel as if I mattered as a patient, it seemed like he just wanted to get me in and out, and to come back, just to line his pockets. Have you ever been in a situation where you can tell that people are just being fake, it was like that.
Said I had 2 cavities but after a second opinion a different dentist said I had 0.
I feel as if the service was equivalent to that provided by a dental office in a poor, third world country. The staff were terrible and unfriendly. The service was highly questionable. And the office was terribly filthy.
