Very dissatisfied with Dr Frank. My husband was treated by him and we ended up visiting the ER at least 7 times because of a procedure he performed. He had internal bleeding along with other issues. Both time he performed procedure he never came out to let me know how things went. I would strongly recommend not going to him. His bedside manner is uncaring and gruff. I must say on the other hand, Tidelands ER staff were outstanding and the ICuU was top notch.
