MY right ear is plugged and has fluid. He places a tube in it. It is still plugged. When asked about getting the ear to unplug, he pivoted to attempting to sell me hearing aids. My primary card doc states I do not need hearing aid. I have a different ENT to see in a couple of days. Dr. Vaugan would be better suited working at the hearing aid store.
Last night I was referred to Dr Vaughn as the ENT on call for Jackson Otolaryngology. We had a question about extended pain for four plus days post surgery. He couldn’t have been much ruder to my wife. It was about 8pm on Sunday evening and we just were looking for a little guidance, he responded with what am I supposed to do at 10pm Sun night. A little sympathy and some guidance goes a long way. Sorry to bother you.
I love Dr Vaughn he is very knowledgeable and very professional. He was my second ENT doctor I have seen. I am dealing with a fast growing bacteria in my nose. Dr Vaughn has been on top of my care. Staff is very friendly and prompt in getting you in to see him.
Dr.Vaughan, Is a Great ENT SPECIALIST!He has really helped me,with my Vertigo! I was diagnosed with Menieres Disease and my also let me know, by many hearing test by testing,I have lost hearing in my right ear,I am still doing well,and he let me know,if I need to come at any time due to my Vertigo ,don't hesitate! And his staff are all fantastic proffessional,no long waiting time to be seen!!!!!!
Dr. Vaughn was very professional and so was his staff. I went to him with a chronic cough and he diagnosed me and within 2 1/2 weeks I was cough free. I would definitely recommend him and I will continue to see him.
I have been seeing Dr Vaughan for a very long time. He is an outstanding doctor and has a great office staff. He always answers all your questions and explains everything to you. Dr Vaughan will always be my ENT as long as he practices or until he runs me off. He's an all-around great guy and has a good sense of humor. Besides all of that, he has "the touch" (god given talent). He is doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing. That's why he's so good at it.

I sat in the waiting room for two hours. They couldnt manage a simple online referral and kept me waiting with no apology while 20 people went ahead. Not clean.
I visited Dr. Vaughn today. I have not been able to hear very well out of my right ear for 4 or 5 years. Got to the point where I had to do something. I went in today and did not wait very long at all maybe 5 minutes they took me back and did several hearing test and then I got to see Dr. Vaughn who was very nice and told me everything that he was going to do. I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Vaughn and he answered all my questions. I can hear very well now don't wait go see Dr. Vaughn.
