I was a little apprehensive about what the outcome of the procedure would be. Dr Bracy talked with me before the procedure and detailed what would happen. He also informed me there was a little delay. He asked me if I had questions. His staff also was kind and professional. After the procedure Dr Bracy again came to me and told me the positive outcome. I love his bedside manner and the way he talked to me to make sure I understood everything about my health.
