My visit was good. Dr. Bracy and his staff made me comfortable and relaxed through the prep. The results were very good.
The staff make my first colonoscopy stress less. First my first call to post. Dr. Bracy during pre opt talk was relaxing. I have already recommended Dr. Bracy to coworkers, family and friends. The prep work was easy and only once in the beginning I felt hungry for food, following the instructions was easy. Thank you Dr. Bracy and staff
I was the first appointment on a Monday morning and he was an hour late. Very disrespectful to the patient, other patients in the waiting room, to all the people who have given up their time to drive them that day, and to his staff that have to make excuses for him. My husband was his patient first and knows to book the first appointment of the day no matter how far in the future you need to book. I won't be going back to Dr Bracy. His staff? Great service, made you feel comfortable and are understanding to the situation.
Dr. Bracy was courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and formed a treatment plan. He also appeared to be open to my suggestions regarding my healthcare.
Love Dr Bracy!! Very caring! The whole staff is awesome!!
Dr. Bracy has been my Dr. and my husbands for years. He is very kind. He takes his time and listens. Helps us to understand the procedures. His facility is very clean and the staff are always nice.
