The bad experience started right from the outset. I have been an OSS patient for 20+ years. Had two shoulder surgeries there. All were stellar experiences. This time my son (age under 15) was the patient, his elbow locks up. I asked for a specific doctor and OSS scheduled me with that doctor only to call me cancel the next day that he is not a pediatric orthopedician.
