Decent exam, no wait, decent price. But I was upsold at every turn, which made it really hard to trust what things/tests I really needed and which things they just said I needed. Aggressive sales tactics for contacts, so much so that they were going to put an order on hold (reserving my insurance authorization), so that I couldn’t go buy the contacts myself online.
