I am very disappointed with the service at this eye doctor’s office on Georgia Ave in Silver Spring, MD. Their customer service is extremely poor. They lost all of my medical records, and every time I call to get help, they give different excuses. They keep telling me to “call tomorrow,” and nothing ever gets resolved. This is very unprofessional for a medical office. Patients deserve reliable service and respect for their medical information. I do not recommend this place.
Doctor Vu is always very respectful and patient in explaining things to you so that you understand what’s happening with your eyes!
The manager and Justin were so helpful when I had an issue with a prescription!!! They went out of their way to help me fix the mix up!
