The service has definitely gone down hill. I was a patient 5 years ago and the service was so much better. Now, it’s long wait times, no follow ups, emails come in late or not at all… I got the SIBO treatment and they referred me to an absolutely horrible chemist in Ontario… the worst customer experience of my life. I followed the treatment closely, it was awful (and expensive!), it made me very sick… paid hundreds of dollars for a generic word document every time… just a money-grab… the follow up appointments were literally... read more

Very disappointed. Made an appointment for a free consultation 2 months prior to determine if Dr. Provencher is the right fit. The wait was 2 months due to her busy schedule. The day before the appointment, I received an email saying I was supposed to have filled out some forms that they apparently sent to me previously. It was not the case. Filled out the forms and returned them the same night. Then I thought it's strange that extensive forms are required for a free consult visit, so I emailed back to confirm. Half an hour ... read more

Dr. Veronic (Dr. V) is absolutely 100% a gem! She is professional and radiates empathy all at the same time. I have been going to see her for years now and although my conditions are long term she helps me to manage them. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.
