No problems with this Dr, or his staff. I have been seen by another pain management Dr and was put on many pain meds. Dr. Manchanda worked with me to finally get off all pain meds. His treatment using RFA certainly does the trick with my pain. Treatment was done at L-2, 3, 4 and 5. I've told everyone that if you have pain look into RFA treatment. Now due to the fact that the government Medicare is not allowing him to do 4 levels of my back he only can do 3 levels. And Medicare has said no more sedation med during treatment. ... read more

I have been seeing Dr. Manchanda since 2014. I have multiple chronic issues that all cause pain. I see him for pain medicine management and I've also had multiple procedures, including b0t0x for migraine, steroid injection, trigger point injection, and radio-frequency ablation. I have been seeing Dr. M for 9 years. I was a patient of his @ Christian Hospital and followed him when he opened his practice in O Fallon. Over the past year, we had monthly Telemedicine visits. He is as thorough with his Telemedicine visits as with in-person visits. I get RFAs every 6-9 months to help with my neck pain and headache. He has done a wonderful job to keep me pain-free without using Opioids. Thank you so much, Dr. M.

I have seen Dr. Manchanda for the low back pain for the past 8 years. After being on Morphine 1200 mg per day with relentless pain I got tired and started seeking his help. I am now on 30 mg of morphine and my pain is much better controlled. His medication combo has worked very well. I get 3-4 injections a year and that helps me manage my pain. I even started working full-time.

I have been seeing Dr. Manchanda for several years and would recommend him to friends and family who are in pain and are seeking relief. I have low back pain, neck pain and knee pain. I didn’t think he would miraculously solve all my pain problems but he certainly made me much more comfortable and able to do a lot more activities of daily living. I felt he listened to me and explained things to me. He doesn’t rush you and his staff is very friendly.

I love Dr Manchanda! He really listens to his patients and cares about them. He is a very thorough Dr, checking every level of your MRI to see exactly where the problem area's are. He will do a procedure, and call the next day to check on you to make sure you got some relief from your pain. What Dr does that!! I wouldn't go to any other Dr, and I tell everybody that needs pain management about him!!
