I was seen for a 14-year history of cochlear hydrops. The nurse who took my history was excellent — thorough and professional. Unfortunately the appointment deteriorated from there. I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no communication or acknowledgment. When someone finally entered the room, he did not introduce himself — he asked my name and when I clarified I was expecting Dr. Vivas, said only "I'm her fellow" with no further explanation. She as amazing. I was so anxious for my appointment and she did such an amazing job. I can be an unusual case for some new doctors, So I researched and found her and she had so much experience and great reviews. I would highly recommend to anyone.
