The office is very organized and plesant. Dana the office PA was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Very comfortable with the procedure and contact with the doctors and nurses
I would feel more comfortable seeing Dr Gupta with colonoscopy test results. I only saw him for a few minutes at the surgery center. I like Dr Gupta but not the billing office. I feel they are more interested in collecting the money than compassion for the patient.

Dr. Gupta is great, but his staff is not so great. Lots of unnecessary stress and harassment because they cannot properly manage their billing. They collect money, then don't credit it to your account and harass you for money you don't owe; even after having provided proof (which shouldn't be necessary) multiple times.
The care and compassion of Dr. Gupta and staff are superior. I've been a patient if his practice for 7 years, always a good experience.

Great Dr. I was seen by a new Dr. She was a great black lady Dr. She's very good and helpful explaining my condition and answered my question clearly.
