Dr. Jain and his exam assistants are excellent. Very thorough and knowledgeable. His front desk staff is friendly and one would think that with the number of them on staff somebody could answer the phone. I have called 4x on different days at different times to get a requisition for a procedure in the city where I live as opposed to the one on the same property as them(the place next door to them was a circus…didn’t know how to book my appointment when I walked in, messed up my appointment times several times). Dr Jain and his staff do great work
Took multiple attempts and voicemails before I was contacted in order to re-schedule an appointment, and when I finally got to my appointment it felt rushed. For one, I noticed I was only tested for the basics. The other foods and environmental factors I mentioned where not included and no one offered to do another test. Thankfully, atleast the food allergies I did test for came back negative. When I spoke with the doctor about it, he mentioned that they only test for true allergies and not intolerances/sensitivities. As som... read more
