I met Dr. Jain about 8 months ago after suffering for many years with Prurigo Nodularis. Dr. Jain spent significant time with me explaining treatment options, assessing severity of my condition, and answered my questions patiently and honestly. He was extremely knowledgeable and for the first time, I was able to see light at the end of the tunnel. All the staff I interacted with were polite, patient and helpful. I found Dr Jain himself to be an excellent communicator, with a very respectful and friendly bedside manner, and very informative. Contrary to what other reviewers have mentioned, the office seemed to be very well organised and I did not have to wait long at all.
I never in my life dealt with such incapable receptionist, It’s actually insane. AVOID.
