Had been seeing actual Dr Shah since about 2023. Then switched assistants. Out of the blue they said they didn't take his insurance....but thay have been. We have humana ppo then we got a primary care dr under optum, also over 1 yr ago. Upon arrival today for an appt that had been scheduled for days, they said they don't take his insurance. Dr Shah explains everything thoroughly and in a way I understand. He is patient and listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. He doesn't rush to do anything invasive and tries to keep from putting me on more medications.
