If I could give a negative or 0 stars it would be more accurate to say. I had brought my mother here to have a rootcanal done here and regret bringing my mother here. First off, on the day of her root canal appt. they will book several patients at once within the same time frame and place my mother on hold with this mouthpiece that was injuring her after being neglected for half hour. Very good. Friendly and remedied my molar issue. They also schedule a follow up to make sure the procedure did the job. I was worried about going initially because I thought it might have been painful. I had ZERO pain and the procedure was swift!
I was referred to Dr. Chen about three years ago because of calcification and an infection in front tooth #8. She examined me and took a fancy x-ray that determined a root canal was needed. I decided to get it done after three years and just had it done today. . I'm a person who has extreme dental anxiety. Dr. Chen and her staff were simply amazing and very efficient. My dentist referred me to Dr Chen for a root canal. The first person I spoke with was Michellay. She was extremely professional,friendly, kind and compassionate. When I went for my appointment today I was met by her and Jessica, who is also as kind, friendly and professional.
