He order an MRI which was taken on April 11th. I got the results from the radiologist on April 14, 2025. Didn't hear anything from his office. Picked up copy of MRI on the April 21, 2025. On July 1, 2025 his office called wanting to talk about the results. That more then 80 days! Good thing I went to another surgeon, had kidney removed with stage 4 cancer!
Easily the worst doctor I've ever encountered. Lowered my trust, and confidence in the medical industry as a whole. I don't normally write reviews but i felt this one was very warranted. Never got better, still down a ton of money. In my experience the total time he spent in the room with me was 2 minutes per visit. And he most certainly didn't really care what i had to say. I had a great experience with Dr Rogenes and his staff. My visits were on schedule and quick. I don't like waiting for service. So his pace was perfect. His nurse Vanessa was excellent. Great attitude and level of care. I recommend highly!!
