I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vince Rogenes for about five years, but the experience at his office has steadily declined. During my most recent visit, I was left waiting nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time in the exam room with no communication or update. When I finally asked what was going on, the nurse was dismissive and unprofessional. I ultimately left and canceled the appointment. He order an MRI which was taken on April 11th. I got the results from the radiologist on April 14, 2025. Didn't hear anything from his office. Picked up copy of MRI on the April 21, 2025. On July 1, 2025 his office called wanting to talk about the results. That more then 80 days! Good thing I went to another surgeon, had kidney removed with stage 4 cancer!
Easily the worst doctor I've ever encountered. Lowered my trust, and confidence in the medical industry as a whole. I don't normally write reviews but i felt this one was very warranted. Never got better, still down a ton of money. In my experience the total time he spent in the room with me was 2 minutes per visit. And he most certainly didn't really care what i had to say. I had a great experience with Dr Rogenes and his staff. My visits were on schedule and quick. I don't like waiting for service. So his pace was perfect. His nurse Vanessa was excellent. Great attitude and level of care. I recommend highly!!
He is awesome. I'm post op bladder sling. Solved my issue. Appreciate him. Skilled and professional.
