The receptionists are friendly and helpful however, the staff I have had the unfortunate experience to encounter prove Dr Reddy’s company ethics to be false.
The original appt's are with Dr Reddy and then office staff manages your care. All of that is satisfactory BUT phone/communication is impossible. Calls are not returned! Repeated calls are not returned! It can take weeks to get a call returned and resolve the issue requiring a call.
I was under Dr. Reddy's care for about 2+ years, Although be was a very busy Dr. when he was with you he was attentive and listened well to the patient had to say. I have had several epidural spine injections and all we very well.
First, office cleanliness is adequate but I chose to select 1 star it in order to make the total star counts low since my experience there for work related injury has been nothing but stress due to inadequate evaluation done by newly hired physician assistant (PA) who has quality education but lack experience and hence being trained at the patient's expense. I have no problem with training their PAs but the doctor or a very experienced PA should do the intake evaluation process.
