Had total thyroidectomy Jun 2026. Very pleasant and professional. Explained what was involved and associated risks beforehand. Very successful surgery: Nerves intact. Parathyroid preserved. Proper follow-up. So pleased!
Dr. Fernandes is great. There's usually a wait time at your appointment so you'll need to be patient, but this is standard for most doctors in my experience, especially for good specialists. He answered all my questions explained things using the ear model so I could understand. The secretary of an absolute gem. She is very kind and is so great at communicating via email. A rarity for sure, to find someone working in a specialist office like that.
