Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM, but around 12:15 PM, I received a call saying the doctor was behind schedule and that my appointment would be at 2:30 PM instead. I still went to the office , only to be told that the doctor wanted to leave early and that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I had specifically taken time off work for this appointment, so this was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Vinay Fernandes. He is a highly professional, skilled, kind, and caring doctor. He performed my surgery very carefully and explained everything clearly. He also gave me detailed instructions and guidance before and after the surgery, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Dr. Fernandes is the very definition of "going above and beyond". Seldom have I ever encountered a Doctor who is as talented and caring as him. An amazing Doctor who wholeheartedly cares about you in every regard.
Had total thyroidectomy Jun 2026. Very pleasant and professional. Explained what was involved and associated risks beforehand. Very successful surgery: Nerves intact. Parathyroid preserved. Proper follow-up. So pleased!
