Refuses to answer a question regarding a surgical biopsy procedure before the procedure itself; not sitting on a waitlist and driving multiple hours to ask a question you should answer well before. Ridiculous. Clearly not caring whatsoever.
Dr. Fernandes is amazing, as we can see from all the positive comments. He takes his time, explains things in a way that’s easy to understand, and genuinely seems to care about his profession and his patients. I also want to give a shout out to the women at the front desk. It’s been a long time since I’ve called a doctor’s office and experienced such great service. I met Dr. Vinay for my husband’s massive thyroid enlargement which we found out in a very late stage. But we received a wonderful treatment from him and also the clinic. My husband was tensed about the prognosis of his condition but we were relieved by the way Dr. Vinay treated us.
