Probably the most disorganized and unprofessional medical staff I have ever dealt with.
Dr R is really great—5 stars! Office is unorganized. Came today for appt and was told I had no appointment. I wasn’t wrong. No apology no nothing. Told me my appt is in April. I made an appointment here because it would have been a long wait to see my regular podiatrist. I provided my insurance when I scheduled the appointment. The office gave me my co-pay information. My appointment was for foot pain on one side. They took x-rays of both feet but the doctor only looked at one foot. The "exam" was cursory at best. There was no offer to trim my toenails and the doctor only seemed interested in selling me $600 orthotics or $40 dollar insoles. I was sent an additional bill for the x-ray my insurance ... read more
